
Contacts Page
The Contacts Manager is one of the most powerful features of your Back Office. It allows you to communicate with customers and prospects through personally addressed group emails. It allows you to:
- View all your contacts or filter them by System groups such as prospects, retail customers or your own contacts, or to filter them by Virtual groups that you have created (for example "customers who have purchased widget A".
- Sort the list alphabetically or alphabetically in reverse.
- Select how many results you wish to show per page (by default this is 25).
- Add a contact including name, email and other contact details.
- Import a list of contacts in CSV (comma delimited text file) format.
- Send a Group Email to a selected System group of Virtual group.
- Delete all personal contacts (System contacts will remain).
- Edit your Virtual groups and add to them.
- Browse the list of contacts and edit individual contact details by clicking on the edit button.
- Assign selected contacts to a Virtual group or remove them by ticking/unticking the checkboxes adjacent to each contact and then choosing the Virtual Group from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the page and then clicking Process.
